Julia Williams is an osteopath and naturopath with a passion for optimising the health potential of the individual.
She practices from the Integrated Natural Health clinics in London and southwest Scotland treating patients of all ages with a broad range of conditions from sports injuries, low back pain and headaches to irritable bowel syndrome.
All osteopaths practising in the UK have completed rigorous training. Students of osteopathy follow a four or five-year degree course, during which they study anatomy, physiology, pathology, general medicine, orthopaedics, pharmacology, nutrition and biomechanics. In addition they undergo a minimum of 1,000 hours of clinical training.

Amelia has a wide knowledge of yoga/fitness and spa health retreats having worked alongside companies in the promotion of their holidays both in the UK and Sri Lanka .
She previously worked in the music industry in production, promotion and events organising.
