The Triangle of Health

Two initial sessions of 2 hours, followed by six treatments (1 hour sessions) over the following three months. Inclusive of any necessary basic blood, allergy and other body chemistry tests and initial courses of basic supplement and treatment protocols.

In the first and second sessions Julia will make an assessment of your health, explore the options available to you, arrange testing (if appropriate) and agree on the goals of treatment to provide you with a comprehensive health programme

This will usually include advice on metabolic typing, diet, nutritional supplementation, lifestyle changes, and actions to be taken, as well as teaching you a number of mind-body self-help techniques. You will be provided with detailed assessment sheets, personal treatment plan and worksheets.  Manual therapies including osteopathic manipulation, cranial osteopathy, neuro-muscular techniques, acupuncture and lymphatic drainage may also be employed as necessary.  Other therapies employed include energy medicine, herbal medicine and emotional management. The subsequent six sessions aim to support you in attaining our treatment goals.  This also includes weekly email contact and support.This program costs £950. N.B. Occasionally additional tests e.g. comprehensive allergy testing and stool testing, may be recommended at extra cost.

The General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) was set up under The Osteopaths Act 1993 and is one of the 13 UK health and social care statutory regulators. Julia Williams is a member of the General Council and Register of Naturopaths.  Members must have completed at least 4 years degree level study of human anatomy, physiology and medicine and undertaken at least 1500 hours of supervised clinical experience.
